In a BrandStudio interview with The Quint, Arya by Mentoria founder Nikhar Arora walked through the thinking behind his three ventures - Mentoria, Arya, and BOTS.AI — and why he treats them as one connected ecosystem rather than separate businesses.

On Mentoria, Nikhar argued that Indian career decisions are usually driven by fear rather than fit, and that treating career guidance as a one-time event at 17 misses how much a person's interests and circumstances shift over a working life. His fix is a continuous, diagnostic approach closer to preventive healthcare than a single test built around a psychometric assessment, certified mentors, and a database mapping thousands of careers and colleges.

The Arya section is where the piece goes deepest. Nikhar's framing: two decades of career-guidance tools have told people what to do and then left them to execute alone - Arya is built to do the execution itself, working through the job search while the user sleeps. He walked through the mechanics - CV building aimed at surviving applicant tracking systems, daily scans across job portals, recruiter email discovery, personalised cover letters, automated applications and follow-ups and made the case that this matters most for candidates without a strong personal network, not just for time-strapped professionals.

On HR Anexi and BOTS.AI, Nikhar described a common problem in enterprise HR: assessments, learning, and executive search often come from separate vendors that don't share data, leaving companies with a fragmented picture of their own talent. His pitch for both ventures is integration, one connected system rather than four disconnected ones and, for BOTS.AI specifically, a philosophy that AI transformation succeeds or fails on change management and people, not tooling.
