“The auto-follow-up feature is a game-changer. I used to forget to email back, but Arya keeps the conversation going.”

What Arya doesAutomated Follow Ups
The follow-up you'd forget. Sent on time.
Most replies come after a nudge, and most people never send one. Arya follows up in the same thread, at the right interval, and tells you the moment the recruiter opens it.

How it works
Automated Follow Ups, step by step.
1Watch
Sent, then watched.
After the application goes out, Arya tracks opens and CV views, so you know it was seen - and when.
2Nudge
The nudge, on schedule.
No reply in a few days? Arya sends a short follow-up in the same thread, referencing your application - polite, brief, timed to when replies actually come.
3Signal
You get the signal.
Opens, views and replies reach you on WhatsApp. When a recruiter answers, the thread is yours to take over.
What you get
Everything in the box, nothing to set up.
- Same thread, not a new email
- Spaced days apart
- Open and CV-view tracking
- Up to three follow-ups per contact
- WhatsApp alerts on replies
- Skip or pause any follow-up
Why it matters
Interest fades in days. A well-timed nudge brings it back.
Arya sends the follow-up you would have written if you'd remembered - before day 7 - and stops the moment there's a reply.
